The Kocheich family attends Pantego Bible Church in Mansfield, TX where they serve as small group leaders. They currently have 3 biological children and have been matched with a baby boy from Ethiopia. Matthew and Cynthia left on February 10th for Ethiopia to pick up their son Samuel Jacob.

Due to a lack of financial assistance, they are requesting assistance to ease their financial burdens. Matthew and Cynthia have 3 biological children and felt in their hearts that their family would have four children and were led by God to pursue adoption.

Their pastor says in his letter that, “Matt and Cindy openly
express a love and devotion to their family that I believe is
unmatched amongst many solid and stable families I have
had an opportunity to know in pastoral ministry. Sam will be richly and wonderfully blessed to be enveloped by the sacrificial love that Matt and Cindi have for him; just as they do for each of their present children.”
